*** Senior citizens, ES40, NUS – please note that proof of identity will be required. Disabled patrons are also admitted at concessionary prices. Support workers and/or personal assistants to disabled patrons are admitted free, but the box office/ticket agent must be advised of this at the time of booking.

VIP tickets

If you're visiting Sugarhill '08 for the weekend, why not indulge yourself with a VIP ticket? From just £20 more than the price of a standard weekend ticket, you will be able to enjoy benefits including separate facilities such as a bar area and toilets. There will be a strictly limited number of VIP tickets available, so book yours early.

Important!

Although camping on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night is free to weekend ticket holders, it is your responsibility to ensure that you request a camping pass at the time of booking, otherwise admission to the campsite may be refused. Camping passes can only be issued at the same time as a weekend ticket is purchased.

Please note that camping is not available to day ticket holders.
Booking fees do apply – please check with the ticket agent before proceeding with any purchase.

Terms & Conditions of sale

Tickets for Sugarhill ‘08 are sold under the following conditions:

  1. Campsite opens at 3pm on Friday 5 September. Camping is only available to weekend ticket holders upon presentation of a camping pass which will be issued free of charge with weekend tickets if requested at the time of booking.
  2. Tickets and vouchers cannot be refunded or re-sold and cannot be reissued. Defaced or damaged tickets, or those missing stubs, or incomplete in any way will not be accepted. All tickets are subject to availability.
  3. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
  4. No animals (except guide dogs by prior arrangement) will be allowed on site.
  5. No alcohol or food permitted within the festival arena and venues - there will be a licensed bar and choice of food available on site.
  6. Due to health and safety considerations, glass cannot be brought onto site under any circumstances. Please note that Sugarhill ‘08 will be operating searches throughout the event and any glass found will be confiscated.
  7. Open fires on site are not permitted.
  8. The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the advertised programme/timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
  9. Photography, filming or recording of artists or performances is strictly prohibited.
  10. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and/or audio promotion of the Festival.
  11. The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival.
  12. All vehicles and personal belongings on site are at owner's risk.

Eligibility for youth tickets applies to young people between the ages of 13 and 17 only - please bring proof of age when you exchange your ticket for wristband on site. Children under 12 years old will be admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket - again proof of age will be required when wristbands are issued.
